Shipping & Returns

InkPlusToner.com offers the next business day shipping with an estimated delivery of 1-5 business days. We ship USPS Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx ground. Over 2 lb. packages we ship via UPS or FedEx ground. 
All laser toner cartridges are shipped via UPS or FedEx 1-7 business days ground delivery.

SHIPPING NOTES

Orders received after 5:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be shipped Monday. All orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the same or next day.
International orders will not be processed. 
Many online retailers will not ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses, but we are happy to serve our customers in the armed forces, stationed at any AE, APO, AP, or FPO address. However because these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the cost of insurance and postage. Please contact our customer service.
Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival or lost package. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the post office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the shipment date, send an e-mail to our Customer Center.
Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it and getting a RA. 


RETURN

All of our products are guaranteed for 90 days. If you are not 100% satisfied with Inkjet Cartridge, Laser Toner, Refill Kit or Ribbon, you may return it within 90 days of the purchase date, and we will replace or refund your order. ALL PRODUCT RETURNS MUST OBTAIN RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
1. Non-Defective item Return.
All unopened and unused product can be returned or exchanged by InkPlusToner.com within the 90-day return period. 
Shipping charges are not refundable.
2. Defective item Return.
Any defective product received by InkPlusToner.com within the 90-day return period, is subject of inspection upon receipt and may incur a 30 % restocking fee if we determine the product is not defective. If the product is determined defective, an equal replacement will be honored at no additional cost to you.
3. Refund for all canceled orders will be issued within the 14-day period. 

Name brand cartridges OEM (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark...) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges and open refill kits.

You have to return the cartridges that you want to be replaced or your money refunded and they must be in unopened, undamaged - original packaging. 

If you want to return some merchandise, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible. 

Please follow this simple 3-step process:

1) Submit your claim to our Support Center
2) Once your claim has been verified you will receive an email with your Return Authorization Number and Return Shipping Address.
3) Print our Return Authorization Form. Then follow the instructions on the form.
NOTE: Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

It is our policy that all returned cartridges must be at least seventy (70%) percent filled. We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire cartridge and then sent it back asking for a refund. If a returned cartridge is less than 70% filled we will e-mail you. If you want the cartridge back you will have an opportunity to make payment arrangements for us to ship it back to you.
Also all non-defective products must be returned in the packaging in an as-new condition.
Since we have found that some people will not return the merchandise once they have received their replacements, we have to have a policy that replacement cartridges will not be shipped, or refunds/credits will not be made, until the products being returned are received by us. If you need your replacements right away we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
